FRIGG * is a semi-dry sparkling cider made with elderberries. Elderberry is harvest wild along the family’s estate, and juiced according to traditional recipes. It is blended with the Bramley and Belle de Booskop apples, and left to let nature to is thing. The resulting cider is a perfect balance of freshness and depth, with beautiful expressions of elderberry. The bubbles are soft, and are perfect with game or red meat. 10% ABV
